Neighborhood

Located In Mackenzie Village, less than 5 minutes from Revelstoke Mountain Resort and downtown Revelstoke, this property offers the perfect balance of adventure and convenience. The village has a coffee shop, restaurant, brewery, 2 fitness facilities, a spa, grocery store, liquor store, and local shops. Spend your days skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and sightseeing in the surrounding mountains. Our charming downtown is a short 5 minute drive full of great food, beverages, treats and local shops! There is a year round shuttle service that picks you up directly in front of the building and takes you to the Resort or downtown for $2.00 each way. Kids under 12 are free. The area is also very cyclist and pedestrian friendly with sidewalks and paved multi-use pathways leading to the Resort or Downtown Revelstoke.

Access

To access the property we will provide a code for the lobby door entrance and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided the day before check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking spot.

Notes

Parking: This property comes with 1 reserved underground parking stall (8’4″ clearance). The strata does not permit RVs, trailers, or trucks with sled decks in the parking garage. There is some street parking available for additional vehicles. Note that the ground level parking lot is reserved for customers of the plaza shops, and the Strata may tow vehicles in this lot overnight.

House Rules

PARKING – No RVs, trailers and oversized vehicles are permitted in the underground parking (8’4″ clearance) or above ground parking lot at any time. Street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis, please respect parking signage posted. Strata council may enforce parking violations with a fine, this will be charged to the guest.

HOT TUB: – By renting the property, you agree to use the hot tub in a responsible manner. – No glass, please use plastic cups provided. – Misuse: there will be a $500 charge if the hot tub is required to be drained and refilled during your stay or upon on your departure due to misuse. – If the cleanliness of the hot tub does meet your expectation, please alert the host as soon as possible. – We will do our best to ensure the hot tub is turned around in a timely fashion but we cannot be held responsible if the hot tub is out of service during your holiday due to draining, cleaning and warming time. – The hot tub is suitable for 2 guests. Please be cautious and avoid overflowing. – Do not use the hot tub while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. – If the water level drops below the jets please do not use the hot tub and notify the host immediately. Failure to do so could result in damage to the tub and any repair costs will be charged to the renter. – It is imperative that all the jets remain open when the tub is not in use to ensure that the sanitizer can works properly. – Renters will be held responsible for any injury, accident or illness caused by use of the hot tub. – The signing party to this agreement is financially responsible for any damage to the hot tub including repair, service and/or damaged or missing parts due to misuse. – Please note there are full hot tub rules posted in the condo.

QUIET TIME – Strata (condo board) imposes quiet time from 11:00pm – 7:00am, quiet hours are enforced with a strict fine from the condo board if there is a complaint. The minimum fine is $250.00.

CHECK OUT – Ensure dishes are washed and the condo is left in good condition. Guests must vacate the unit by 11am PST on the day of check out. Remember to leave the fob on the kitchen counter – the charge for a lost fob is $100.

SPORTS EQUIPMENT – Please leave all snowboard & ski’s in the designated storage locker on the first floor.

PETS: We love welcoming pets to our property! Pets are welcomed with approval. To ensure a clean and comfortable stay for all guests, an additional pet cleaning fee of $100 will be applied to your reservation. This covers extra cleaning and maintenance required after a pet-friendly stay. Please be mindful of house rules regarding pets, including keeping them off furniture and cleaning up after them. If any excessive cleaning or damage occurs, additional charges may apply.

NO SMOKING – of any kind (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc.) anywhere on the property (inside the unit, outside on the patio, hallways, or any common space other than designated smoking areas for the Strata Building or Mackenzie Village). Any evidence in violation of this policy will be subject to a $500 fine and/or grounds for losing your security deposit. This policy is strictly enforced.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% of the full booking will be refunded for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. A 4% processing fee will be taken from the amount that is refunded.
