A renovated Bed & Breakfast located in Revelstoke’s beautiful Arrow Heights. Bright windows complement the open-concept dining area and reading nook. The 2 bedrooms can each be converted between 2 twin beds or 1 king with a memory foam topper. The luxurious mattresses, down duvets and quality sheets make for a wonderful sleep. The large bathroom includes a washer & dryer. In winter , enjoy the covered hot tub where you can unwind at the end of the day!

– Hot tub is only available in the winter (Dec 1 – April 15th) ***
– The BBQ and deck furniture is available in the spring, summer & fall (stored during winter due to heavy snowfall) ***

Resort shuttle service at the Hay Road and Nichol Road intersection.

Notes

24-hour guest service. Contact us to book additional activities and services. Guests are required to bring their own bike lock and cable for locking their personal bikes outside. The property is not responsible for these items.

Minimum Age Requirement: Please kindly note guests need to be at least 25 years old to book with this property due to the family style home and quiet family neighbourhood it is located in. We look forward to welcoming all our guests to our quiet and relaxing property.

Please note: The guest area is located in a family’s home and they live above. If you plan on partying or being very loud this is not the place for you. It is also a family neighborhood and we must respect the neighbors as well, meaning that you adhere to the quiet hour policy during the hours of 10 pm to 7 am. Please park on the right-hand side of the property. Rubbish is also located on the right-hand side of the property.

SNOW REMOVAL – In winter you can expect snow removal noises to start early in the area and expect to see owners outside the door shoveling any time from 7:30 am.

🚗 Parking Information
There is parking for 2 vehicles only!

Parking Area (Max 20 ft long x 18 ft wide / 6 m x 5.5 m):

• Fits 2 standard cars, or a car + pickup, or 2 small pickups (tight fit with mirrors in) or pickup with small 18 ft trailer
• Please take care when backing up box trailers to avoid the house gutters.
• Please do not back truck/car into space due to nearby ventilation vents & exhaust fumes

⚠️ Important Notes:
• Parking is only for registered guests — no extra vehicles or trailers.
• Overnight sleeping in trailers, campers, or RVs is not permitted.
• No EV charging available — our property power capacity is maxed, and plugging in RVs or campers will trip the breaker. (Block heaters only are okay.)

This property is not pet friendly.

House Rules

– Absolutely no smoking/vaping on the property

– Please do not adjust HRV system.

– Absolutely no parties or events.

– Please do not start any sleds while on the property. The neighbours thank you!

– Please do not idle your vehicles while on the property, unless absolutely necessary.

– Please do not adjust the in floor heat in the bathrooms.

– No waxing of skis or snowboards on the property.

– Please ensure garbage is properly secured in bins provided. Revelstoke has a lot of bears that visit in town and exposed garbage will attract them.

– Do not flush anything besides natural waste and toilet paper down the toilet.

Quiet time is between 10 pm and 7 am. The family feels very strongly about the quiet hours.

– No ski boots on the stairs outside leading to the entry of the property

– Please do not wear shoes in the property

– No sports equipment inside the property.

Please take care of the hot tub cover – do not sit on it, do not put any items on it, and remember to close it after use.

Any over and above normal cleaning that is necessary will be charged extra back to the guest

– No bikes inside. We have an outside area with bolts to the walls and uncovered storage only for bikes. Guests will have access to this area and will need their own bike lock(s) and/or cable. Max bikes would be 4.

– Hot tub hours are 9 am- 9 pm

– Parking is available for 2 vehicles only!

– Please do not back into the parking area as there is a vent on the side of the house

– Please kindly note guests need to be at least 25 years old to book with this property due to the family style home and quiet family neighbourhood it is located in. We look forward to welcoming all our guests to our quiet and relaxing property.

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% of the full booking will be refunded for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. A 4% processing fee will be taken from the amount that is refunded.
