Neighborhood

Mackenzie Plaza is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Revelstoke Mountain Resort and 5 minutes from downtown Revelstoke. There is a year round shuttle service that picks you up directly in front of the building and takes you to the Resort. MacKenzie Plaza is on BC Transit route 5. Visit their website for the current schedule and fare information. The area is also very cyclist and pedestrian friendly with sidewalks and paved multi-use pathways leading to Downtown Revelstoke.

Access

To access the property we will provide a code for the lobby door entrance and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided the day of check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking spot.

This wonderful 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom unit, offers everything you need for a memorable vacation. This property comes with a designated underground parking spot to ensure you never have to look for street parking or scrape snow and ice off your vehicle. Entry- This unit has a long hallway equipped with custom hooks, boot dryers, a coat closet, and plenty of space to store all your belongings. Kitchen- This brand new kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and has a drip coffee machine with local coffee supplied from Dose. Dining- Enjoy a meal at the full sized dining room table or have a quick bite to eat at the countertop seating Bedroom 1 – King bed that splits into twins (upon request) Ensuite Bathroom- A 5-piece ensuite bathroom making it the perfect space for a couple. Complete with environmentally friendly and non-toxic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and moisturizer from Oneka. Bedroom 2 – King bed Ensuite Bathroom- A 4-piece ensuite bathroom, also equipped with bath products from Oneka Bedroom 3 – Bunk bed with a double bottom and a twin on top Bathroom- Another full size bathroom, including a bathtub and bath products from Oneka Deck- Wake up to fresh mountain air, with this deck just off the living area, featuring a 2-person hot tub This is a pet friendly accommodation with the understanding that if any damage is incurred, it is the responsibility of the guest to pay for this. This applies to service animals as well. A $50 pet fee per pet applies with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. This unit includes: – 1 designated parking space in the underground parking. – 1 heated storage locker on the first floor, perfect for skis, snowboards, boots and poles. – 2 bike stalls in the locked bike storage room.

Transit

HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS – from the highway, turn onto Townley Street – at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East) – turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort) – just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the second exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex – you will be in the Building labelled 4000 (Building 4) HIGHWAY 1 NORTH ACCESS – from the highway, turn onto Victoria Road – at the traffic circle, take your 2nd exit (Victoria Road) – at the next traffic circle, take your second exit (4th Street East) – turn left on the stop sign at Nichol Road (toward the ski resort) – just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the second exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex – you will be in the Building labelled 4000 (Building 4)

Notes

This property comes with 1 designated parking stall. There are no RV’s, trailers, or trucks with sleds permitted in the parking garage. Please note there is some development work being done on the retail buildings at MacKenzie Plaza, please do adequate research before booking.

House Rules

$50 Pet Fee is required per pet. Any damage incurred from the pet is the responsibility of the guest to pay.

QUIET TIME – Strata council imposes quiet time from 11:00pm – 7:00am. Quiet hours are enforced with a strict fine from the strata council if there is a noise complaint. The minimum fine is $250.00, this is charged to the guest.

SPORTS EQUIPMENT – Please do not wear outdoor shoes, ski boots or sporting gear in the condo. Please keep all biking and winter gear in the appropriate storage unit.

HOT TUB – By renting the property, you agree to use the hot tub in a responsible manner. No glass, please use plastic cups provided. Misuse: there will be a $500 charge if the hot tub is required to be drained and refilled during your stay or upon on your departure due to misuse. If the cleanliness of the hot tub does meet your expectation, please alert the host as soon as possible. We will do our best to ensure the hot tub is turned around in a timely fashion but we cannot be held responsible if the hot tub is out of service during your holiday due to draining, cleaning and warming time. The hot tub is suitable for 2 guests or approximately 400 pounds. Please be cautious and avoid overflowing. Do not use the hot tub while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If the water level drops below the jets please do not use the hot tub and notify the host immediately. Failure to do so could result in damage to the tub and any repair costs will be charged to the renter. It is imperative that all the jets remain open when the tub is not in use to ensure that the sanitizer can works properly. Renters will be held responsible for any injury, accident or illness caused by use of the hot tub. The signing party to this agreement is financially responsible for any damage to the hot tub including repair, service and/or damaged or missing parts due to misuse. Please note there are full hot tub rules posted in the condo.

CHECK OUT – Ensure dishes are washed and the condo is left in good condition. Guests must vacate the unit by 11am PST on the day of check out. Remember to leave the fob in the basket on the kitchen counter – the charge for a lost fob is $100.

PARKING – No RVs, trailers and oversized vehicles are permitted in the underground parking (8’4″ clearance) or above ground parking lot at any time. Street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis, please respect parking signage posted. Strata council may enforce parking violations with a fine, this will be charged to the guest.

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% of the full booking will be refunded for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. A 4% processing fee will be taken from the amount that is refunded.

Alpenstoke was the perfect base for a fun weekend skiing Revy with friends! The location is stellar, five minutes from the mountain (parking was easy in the garage, spot is a short elevator ride away) and five minutes from town. Amenities were fantastic as well, had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms — boot dryers were an added bonus. I imagine it’ll only get better as the ground-floor retail continues to be added. 100% will use this as home base again during my next trip to Revy.
