A code will be provided and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided the day of check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking spot.

Parking & Property Notes: The property includes one reserved underground parking stalls (8’4″ clearance). Please note that RVs, trailers, or trucks with sled decks are not permitted in the garage. Additional street parking is available for extra vehicles. The ground-level parking lot is reserved for plaza customers, and the strata may tow vehicles left there overnight. A shovel is provided on the deck for snow removal if needed, though the patio is fully covered for your convenience. Some development work is ongoing at MacKenzie Plaza, so we recommend reviewing this before booking. FAQ: Does the property have a hot tub? – Yes. You will have access to 2x 12 person hot tubs on the rooftop, along with an outdoor lounge area and a large BBQ station. There is no private hot tub on the deck of the condo.
PRIVATE HOT TUB: By renting the property, you agree to use the hot tub in a responsible manner. No glass, please use plastic cups provided. Misuse: there will be a $500 charge if the hot tub is required to be drained and refilled during your stay or upon on your departure due to misuse. If the cleanliness of the hot tub does meet your expectation, please alert the host as soon as possible. We will do our best to ensure the hot tub is turned around in a timely fashion but we cannot be held responsible if the hot tub is out of service during your holiday due to draining, cleaning and warming time. The hot tub is suitable for 2 guests or approximately 400 pounds. Please be cautious and avoid overflowing. Do not use the hot tub while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If the water level drops below the jets please do not use the hot tub and notify the host immediately. Failure to do so could result in damage to the tub and any repair costs will be charged to the renter. It is imperative that all the jets remain open when the tub is not in use to ensure that the sanitizer can works properly. Renters will be held responsible for any injury, accident or illness caused by use of the hot tub. The signing party to this agreement is financially responsible for any damage to the hot tub including repair, service and/or damaged or missing parts due to misuse. Please note there are full hot tub rules posted in the condo.
QUIET TIME – Strata council imposes quiet time from 11:00pm – 7:00am. Quiet hours are enforced with a strict fine from the strata council if there is a noise complaint. The minimum fine is $250.00, this is charged to the guest.
SPORTS EQUIPMENT – Please do not wear outdoor shoes, ski boots or sporting gear in the condo. Please keep all biking and winter gear in the appropriate storage unit.
ROOFTOP SHARED HOT TUB By renting the property, you agree to use the shared rooftop hot tub in a safe and responsible manner, and to follow all building rules posted on-site. No glass containers on the rooftop or in the hot tub area. Please use the provided plastic cups. If the cleanliness or condition of the hot tub does not meet your expectations, please notify the host as soon as possible. We will communicate with building management to assist where possible; however, we cannot be held responsible if the hot tub is unavailable during your stay due to scheduled maintenance, cleaning, or reheating time. The shared hot tub is designed for a limited number of users at one time. Please be mindful of capacity, avoid overflowing, and respect other guests waiting to use the facility. Do not use the hot tub while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you notice the water level dropping below the jets, unusual noises, or anything that appears unsafe, please discontinue use and notify the host immediately so the issue can be reported. Renters are responsible for following building guidelines and may be held liable for any damage to the hot tub caused by misuse. To ensure proper sanitation and safe operation, please avoid touching or adjusting any equipment or settings. Full hot tub rules are posted in the rooftop area—please review them before use.
CHECK OUT – Ensure dishes are washed and the condo is left in good condition. Guests must vacate the unit by 11am PST on the day of check out. Remember to leave the fob in the basket on the kitchen counter – the charge for a lost fob is $100.
PARKING – No RVs, trailers and oversized vehicles are permitted in the underground parking (8’4″ clearance) or above ground parking lot at any time. Street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis, please respect parking signage posted. Strata council may enforce parking violations with a fine, this will be charged to the guest.
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% of the full booking will be refunded for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. A 4% processing fee will be taken from the amount that is refunded.
