The Space

Experience the warm and inviting atmosphere of this two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo suited for up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen with appliances and an oversized island makes it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. On the balcony, you’ll find a BBQ, outdoor seating, and a private 2-person hot tub! For those bringing gear, you’ll have access to two secure bike stalls and a dedicated ski locker, so everything has its place.Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: Queen bed
Second Bedroom: Double bunk bed (double over double)

Guest access

A code will be provided and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided on the day of check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking access.

Other things to note

Parking: This unit includes one designated stall in the secure underground parkade (clearance height: 8’4″). Due to strata regulations, please note that oversized vehicles such as RVs, trailers, or trucks with sled decks are not permitted in the garage. Limited street parking may be available for additional vehicles. The surface lot at Mackenzie Plaza is reserved for patrons of the ground-floor businesses, and unauthorized cars parked overnight may be subject to towing by the Strata.

A snow shovel is available on the deck during winter stays.
There is ongoing development work near MacKenzie Plaza. Please do adequate research before booking.
