The Timberline Guesthouse enjoys a serene location in a quiet neighbourhood that remains conveniently central to all that Revelstoke offers. Just 5km from Revelstoke Mountain Resort and 3km from downtown Revelstoke, it strikes the ideal balance between tranquility and accessibility. There is a year round shuttle service that picks you up on the corner of Airport Way and Arrow Dr. The shuttle service is BC Transit route 5, visit their website for the current schedule and fare information. The area is also very cyclist and pedestrian friendly with sidewalks and paved multi-use pathways leading to Downtown Revelstoke.

Entrance – Upon entering the property, you are greeted by a spacious foyer featuring a door to the garage and convenient cubbies (featuring 5 boot dryers) for hanging and storing your gear. Stairs lead upstairs to the main floors of the property. Kitchen – With sleek finishes, inviting warm tones, and stainless steel appliances, this is where you will discover all the amenities necessary to prepare a delightful meal. Living Room – A spacious and inviting sectional sits before the fireplace, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, game nights, or watching movies together. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame stunning mountain views and flood the space with natural light. Primary Bedroom – Perfect for unwinding and relaxing, the space is complete with a queen bed, a spacious walk-in closet for ample storage, and a luxurious 4-piece ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 – This calming space offers beautiful views directly from the queen-sized bed, alongside a well-appointed closet providing ample storage. Bathroom 2 – With elegant and warm finishes, this bathroom features a spacious vanity and a large shower. The Loft – This spacious and bright area features a desk, printer, and comfortable queen-sized pull-out couch. The loft opens to the main floor, while still providing a cozy and private feel. Patio 1 – Step out from the kitchen and living space onto the expansive patio, where a charming seating area awaits to soak in the breathtaking views of Mt. Begbie, complemented by a 7-person hot tub. Patio 2 – Adjacent to the kitchen, a cozy patio hosts a state-of-the-art BBQ grill, perfect for all your grilling dreams. Garage – Heated 2-car garage.

HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS – from the highway, turn onto Townley Street – at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East) – turn left on left on McKinnon Rd. – turn on the first left onto Park Dr. – At the end of the street turn right onto Prail Rd. – turn right onto Mason Rd. drive around the bend to the property on the left. HIGHWAY 1 NORTH ACCESS – from the highway, turn onto Victoria Road – at the traffic circle, take your 2nd exit (Victoria Road) – at the next traffic circle, take your second exit (4th Street East) – turn left on left on McKinnon Rd. – turn on the first left onto Park Dr. – At the end of the street turn right onto Prail Rd. – turn right onto Mason Rd. drive around the bend to the property on the left.

House Rules

SPORTS EQUIPMENT – Please do not wear outdoor shoes, ski boots or sporting gear on the property. Please keep all biking and winter gear in the garage.

QUIET TIME – from 11:00 pm – 7:00 am. Quiet hours are enforced with a strict fine from the property management company if there is a noise complaint. The minimum fine is $250.00, which is charged to the tenant. .

CHECK OUT – Ensure dishes are washed and the property is left in good condition. tenants must vacate the unit by 11am PST on the day of check out. Remember to leave the keys on the kitchen counter.

PARKING – Please park on the right-hand side of the driveway or in the garage. Please be mindful that the below level suite will be parking on the left hand side of the driveway

HOT TUB – By renting the property, you agree to use the hot tub responsibly. No glass, please use the plastic cups provided. Misuse: there will be a $500 charge if the hot tub is required to be drained and refilled during your stay or upon on your departure due to misuse. If the cleanliness of the hot tub does meet your expectation, please alert the host as soon as possible. We will do our best to ensure the hot tub is turned around in a timely fashion but we cannot be held responsible if the hot tub is out of service during your holiday due to draining, cleaning and warming time. The hot tub is suitable for 7 guests. Please be cautious and avoid overflowing. Do not use the hot tub while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If the water level drops below the jets please do not use the hot tub and notify the host immediately. Failure to do so could result in damage to the tub and any repair costs will be charged to the renter. It is imperative that all the jets remain open when the tub is not in use to ensure that the sanitizer can works properly. Renters will be held responsible for any injury, accident or illness caused by use of the hot tub. The signing party to this agreement is financially responsible for any damage to the hot tub including repair, service and/or damaged or missing parts due to misuse. Please note there are full hot tub rules posted in the property. Guests are not allowed to sit on the side of the hot tub. .

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% of the full booking will be refunded for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. A 4% processing fee will be taken from the amount that is refunded.
