A code will be provided and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided the day of check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking spot.

HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS – from the highway, turn onto Townley Street – at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East) – turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort) – Just after the school zone, you will see new condo buildings to your left. When you reach the next roundabout, take the third exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex – You will be in the Building labelled McCrae 2000 on the right hand side of the road

Parking & Property Notes:
The property includes 1 reserved underground parking stalls (8’4″ clearance). Please note that RVs, trailers, or trucks with sled decks are not permitted in the garage per Strata. Street parking on Coursier Ave is available for a first come first serve basis. Note the ground-level parking lot is reserved for plaza customers, and the strata may tow vehicles left there overnight. A shovel is provided on the deck for snow removal if needed, though the patio is fully covered for your convenience. Some development work is ongoing at MacKenzie Plaza, so we recommend reviewing this before booking.
