Neighborhood

MacKenzie Plaza is conveniently situated between Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Downtown Revelstoke, each just a 5 minute drive away. Revyverse is located on the third floor facing the Monashee mountains and the soon to be Cabot Golf Course. There is a year round shuttle service that picks you up directly in front of the building and takes you to the Resort. MacKenzie Plaza is on BC Transit route 5. Visit their website for the current schedule and fare information. The area is also very cyclist and pedestrian friendly with sidewalks and paved multi-use pathways leading to Downtown Revelstoke.

Access

Revyverse provides access to the property via a code for the lobby door entrance and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided the day of check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking spot.

Space

Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed with a closet for storage and large window. The closet contains several family friendly items including a pack and play travel crib. Bedroom 2: A bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top and a closet for storage. Living Room: The leather sofa converts to a queen size bed allowing this property to sleep up to 6 guests. Kitchen & Dining Room: The open-concept dining and kitchen area makes a great space to enjoy a family meal together. The condo features full-size appliances including a dishwasher. Bathroom: Contains a full size washer, dryer, and shower. Balcony: Features an outdoor lounge set and full size BBQ for your enjoyment! Gear Storage: You will have access to a private indoor gear locker on the first floor, for your skis and snowboards. You also have storage for four bikes, as there are 2 bike stalls in the bike room and 2 bike racks mounted in the parking stall.

Transit

HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS – from the highway, turn onto Townley Street – at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East) – turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort) – just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the second exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex – you will be in the third building on the left, building 3, Unit 3303 HIGHWAY 1 NORTH ACCESS – from the highway, turn onto Victoria Road – at the traffic circle, take your 2nd exit (Victoria Road) – at the next traffic circle, take your second exit (4th Street East) – turn left on the stop sign at Nichol Road (toward the ski resort) – just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the second exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex -you will be in the third building on the left, building 3, Unit 3303

Notes

Please note there is only one parking spot for this property. RV’s , Trailers, and trucks with sleds are not allowed to park in the underground parking. There is a shovel on the deck for snow removal. Please note there is some development work being done on the retail buildings at MacKenzie Plaza, please do adequate research before booking.

House Rules

QUIET TIME – Strata (condo board) imposes quiet time from 11:00pm – 7:00am, quiet hours are enforced with a strict fine from the condo board if there is a complaint. The minimum fine is $250.00. SPORTS EQUIPMENT – Please do not wear outdoor shoes, ski boots or sporting gear in the house. – Please keep all biking and winter gear in the appropriate storage unit. CHECK OUT: – Ensure all dishes are washed. – Tidy the entire condo. – Remember to leave the fob in the basket on the kitchen counter. If the fob is not returned a $45 charge will be issued.

PARKING – No RVs, trailers and oversized vehicles are permitted in the underground parking (8’4″ clearance) or above ground parking lot at any time. Street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis, please respect parking signage posted. Strata council may enforce parking violations with a fine, this will be charged to the guest.

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% of the full booking will be refunded for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. A 4% processing fee will be taken from the amount that is refunded.
