Welcome to Rampado’s Retreat, a charming character home in the heart of downtown Revelstoke. Full of authentic ski-town charm, this cozy home offers plenty of space for families, couples, and groups looking for the perfect mountain getaway. Enjoy ample off-street parking and a separate locked garage, ideal for storing skis, snowboards, bikes, and all your adventure gear. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home, featuring a full-size fridge, stove, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and pantry essentials such as coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. The custom-built island comfortably seats up to seven, creating the perfect gathering place for meals, morning coffee, or après-ski drinks. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the cozy living room, making it easy to stay connected while cooking or relaxing. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a convenient half bathroom with a full-size washer and dryer. The main bathroom features a shower/tub combination and is located next to the main-floor bedroom, which offers a comfortable queen bed, closet space, and plenty of hooks and cubbies for organizing gear. Upstairs, the spacious loft serves as a flexible second sleeping area with one queen bed and two twin beds. It’s perfect for another couple, families with children, or groups of friends while maintaining the home’s cozy, open feel. From Highway 1 East (Golden / Rogers Pass direction): Take the “Townley St” exit to Revelstoke At the roundabout, turn right onto Victoria Rd E Turn left onto 2nd St E Turn right onto Robson Ave The property will be on left on the corner of Robson Ave & 1st St E Parking is available off the alley side of the home From Highway 1 West (Salmon Arm / Kamloops direction): Turn right onto Victoria Road and continue through the roundabout, follow signs for City Centre Turn right onto Robson Ave Take a right onto Oscar St. The property will be on directly on your right on the corner of Robson Ave & 1st St E Parking is available off the alley side of the home

Notes

There is off street parking for 2-3 vehicles off the alley. Extra parking is available along Robson Ave for any additional vehicles. Please note this property is not equipped with air conditioning.

House Rules

NO SMOKING – or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property. Evidence of violation will be subject to $500 penalty and/or loss of security deposit.

CHECK OUT – Ensure dishes are washed and the property is left in good condition. tenants must vacate the unit by 11am PST on the day of check out. Remember to leave the keys on the kitchen counter.

QUIET TIME – from 11:00 pm – 7:00 am. Quiet hours are enforced with a strict fine from the property management company if there is a noise complaint. The minimum fine is $250.00, which is charged to the tenant. .

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% of the full booking will be refunded for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. A 4% processing fee will be taken from the amount that is refunded.
