No Smoking
QUIET TIME – imposes quiet time from 10:00 pm – 7:00 am, quiet hours are enforced with a strict fine from the property management company if there is a complaint. The minimum fine is $250.00.
SPORTS EQUIPMENT – Please do not wear outdoor shoes, ski boots or sporting gear in the house. – Please keep all biking and winter gear in the garage.
CHECK OUT: – Ensure all dishes are washed. – Tidy the entire house.
PARKING – Parking for the property is located on the left-hand side when facing the property. Please park one car behind the other. In the winter street parking is not an option due to snow removal. If you are travelling with a snow mobile trailer please ensure the trailer is no longer then 10-15 feet as this is all that is available for parking (depending on the length of a secondary vehicle).
PETS: Accepts some pets. Please send us a photo and a brief description. A $100 Pet Fee is required per pet. Any damage incurred from the pet is the responsibility of the guest to pay.
No Children: We love having guests, but out of respect for the basement tenants we ask that all guests be 16 years or older. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate younger children at this time. Thank you for understanding!
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% of the full booking will be refunded for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. A 4% processing fee will be taken from the amount that is refunded.
