Just 3km to Revelstoke Mountain Resort and 4km to downtown Revelstoke, this spacious unit is designed to offer maximum comfort, relaxation, and privacy. There is a year-round shuttle service that picks you up directly in front of the building and takes you to the Resort. Mackenzie Plaza is on BC Transit route 5. The neighborhood is also very cyclist and pedestrian friendly with sidewalks and paved multi-use pathways leading to Downtown Revelstoke.
Destination Life provides access to the property via the front door with a door code. Hive & Co Property Management will provide the door code before check-in.

Note that vehicles parked overnight in the Mackenzie Village parking lot (in front of shops and businesses) are subject to towing. Parking in this lot is available during business hours only. Storage & Parking: A private garage* (suitable for 1 SMALL vehicle) and gear storage area make it easy to keep your skis, bikes, and adventure gear safe and organized. *Please note that this garage is not full size and therefor no SUV’s or trucks are permitted to park in it. Guests are liable for any damage caused.
Please be aware if guests charge any items to the TV for example movies, this will be recharged to the guest at the property upon check out.
– Strata (condo board) imposes quiet time from 11:00pm – 7:00am, quiet hours are enforced with a strict fine from the condo board if there is a complaint. The minimum fine is $250.00. – Please do not wear outdoor shoes, ski boots or sporting gear in the house. – Please keep all biking and winter gear in the heated storage unit. – Please do not hang anything off of the deck railing, use the dryer or the storage unit to dry out your wet items. CHECK OUT: – Ensure all dishes are washed. – Tidy the entire condo. – Remember to leave the storage room key. A$35 charge will be issued if the key is taken.
The garage is for SMALL cars only. Therefore SUV’s and trucks are not permitted to park inside. The guest is liable for any damage caused.
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% of the full booking will be refunded for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. A 4% processing fee will be taken from the amount that is refunded.
