Mackenzie Plaza is ideally located just a 5-minute drive from both Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Downtown Revelstoke, making it a convenient home base for exploring everything the area has to offer. Nearby bike paths make getting around easy, while the year-round Revelstoke Resort Shuttle stops directly at Mackenzie Plaza. The complex is also serviced by BC Transit Route 5. On the ground level, you’ll find convenient local businesses, including Little Spoon Café and KARVE Fitness for drop-in workouts.

Access

A code will be provided and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided on the day of check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking access.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and private ensuite bathroom, creating a relaxing space to unwind. The second bedroom offers a flexible King sleeping arrangement which is convertible to 2 twins upon request, making this condo a great fit for couples, families, or groups of friends. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination provides plenty of space for everyone. Step outside onto your private deck, where your own outdoor hot tub is waiting for you. Whether you’re soaking after a powder day, recovering from a day of mountain biking, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air, it’s the perfect place to relax and recharge. The condo is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-suite washer and dryer, secure ski and snowboard storage, two bike-storage spaces, and one reserved underground parking stall. HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS – From the highway, turn onto Townley Street – At the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East) – Turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort) – Just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the third exit onto Nels Nelson Cres, then left onto Coursier Ave. The apartment complex is to the left with the businesses below. Notes

Parking includes 1 reserved underground stall with an 8’4″ clearance. Strata regulations do not permit RVs, trailers, or trucks with sled decks in the underground garage. Limited street parking may be available for additional vehicles. Please note that the ground-level parking lot is reserved for customers of the plaza businesses, and vehicles left there overnight may be towed by Strata.

House Rules

NO SMOKING: Of any kind (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc.) anywhere on the property (inside the unit, outside on the patio, hallways, or any common space other than designated smoking areas for the Strata Building or Mackenzie Village). Any evidence in violation of this policy will be subject to a $500 fine and/or grounds for losing your security deposit. This policy is strictly enforced.

CHECK OUT: Ensure dishes are washed and the condo is left in good condition. Guests must vacate the unit by 11am PST on the day of check out. Remember to leave the fob on the kitchen counter – the charge for a lost fob is $100.

SPORTS EQUIPMENT: Please do not wear outdoor shoes, ski boots or sporting gear in the house. – Please keep all biking and winter gear in the appropriate storage unit.

QUIET TIME: Strata (condo board) imposes quiet time from 11:00pm – 7:00am, quiet hours are enforced with a strict fine from the condo board if there is a complaint. The minimum fine is $250.00.

HOT TUB RULES – Hot tub use is at your own risk. – Maximum 5 guests / approximately 1,000 lbs. – No glass — please use the plastic cups provided. – Do not use while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. – Keep all jets open when the hot tub is not in use. – If water drops below the jets, stop use and contact us immediately. – Please report any cleanliness concerns as soon as possible. – $500 misuse fee applys if the hot tub requires draining, cleaning, and refilling due to guest misuse. – Guests are responsible for damage or repairs resulting from misuse. – Servicing may require time for draining, cleaning, refilling, and reheating. – Full hot tub rules are posted inside the condo and must be followed.

PARKING: No RVs, trailers and oversized vehicles are permitted in the underground parking (8’4″ clearance) or above ground parking lot at any time. Street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis, please respect parking signage posted. Strata council may enforce parking violations with a fine, this will be charged to the guest.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% of the full booking will be refunded for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. A 4% processing fee will be taken from the amount that is refunded.
