Neighborhood

Located directly on the slopes of Revelstoke Mountain Resort, this home puts you in the heart of one of Revelstoke’s most sought-after mountain neighbourhoods. In winter, guests can enjoy convenient ski-in access via the groomed Home Run, which provides access into the Monashee Estates neighbourhood. For ski-out access, it’s approximately a 5-minute walk down the street to connect with the mountain. From there, you can access Kill the Banker / Home Run and ski down to the base of the gondola to start your day on the mountain.

Outside of ski season, the location provides excellent access to mountain biking, hiking, sightseeing, golf and the many summer activities surrounding Revelstoke Mountain Resort. Despite the peaceful mountainside setting, downtown Revelstoke is only a short drive away, where you’ll find local restaurants, cafés, breweries, shops and everything you need during your stay. Whether you’re visiting for deep winter powder or a summer mountain escape, this location offers an incredible combination of mountain access, privacy and convenience.

Access

The property is located directly on the ski hill at Revelstoke Mountain Resort in the Monashee Estates neighbourhood and is easily accessible by vehicle year-round. The home offers ample parking for larger groups, with three enclosed garage spaces plus additional outdoor parking for up to three vehicles, providing space for up to six vehicles in total. During the winter months, guests should be prepared for mountain driving conditions, including snow and ice. Winter tires are strongly recommended.

For skiing, guests can ski directly back into the neighbourhood via the groomed Home Run. To start your ski day, it is approximately a 5-minute walk down the street to connect with Kill the Banker / Home Run, where you can ski down to the base of the gondola. Downtown Revelstoke is just a short 7 min drive away, providing convenient access to restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, shops and other local amenities.

Space

Sub Peak Chalet is a spacious mountain home designed for families and larger groups who want to stay together while still having plenty of room and privacy. With multiple living areas, a fully self-contained private suite, generous bedrooms, entertainment spaces and incredible outdoor areas, the home provides space to gather together and space to retreat when you need it.

Main Level

The main level is centred around a beautiful open-concept kitchen and living area, creating a natural gathering place for your group.

The oversized kitchen features a large island with plenty of preparation and seating space, along with the essential kitchen consumables you’ll need throughout your stay. A walk-in pantry provides additional storage, making the kitchen particularly convenient for longer stays and large groups. The living room flows directly from the kitchen and features an indoor fireplace, providing a warm and comfortable place to relax after a day on the mountain. A separate dining area provides ample seating and space for the entire group to come together for meals.

Main-Level Bedrooms

Bedroom 1

Features two double beds and its own private ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 – Flex Room

A versatile room featuring a queen Murphy bed. When the bed isn’t required, the room can easily be used as an office, yoga room, workout space or additional quiet area during your stay.

Bedroom 3 – Primary Bedroom

A spacious king primary bedroom featuring a walk-in closet and private ensuite bathroom.

Private Suite

The home also includes a fully self-contained private suite, which is included as part of your booking. The suite provides additional privacy while still keeping everyone under the same roof, making it particularly useful for extended families, couples or members of the group who would like their own living space. The suite includes a king bedroom that can be converted into two twin beds when requested in advance, its own kitchen, living room, fireplace, private laundry facilities, 1.5 bathrooms, private patio and a separate entrance.

The suite continues downstairs with an additional king bedroom that can also be converted into two twin beds upon advance request, along with its own bathroom, laundry room, mudroom, private entrance and single-vehicle garage.

Outdoor Living

Step from the main living area onto the large covered outdoor deck, where you’ll find an 8-person private hot tub and outdoor dining area. It’s the perfect place to relax after skiing, biking, golfing or exploring Revelstoke, while still enjoying the surrounding mountain setting. At the back of the property, the raised garden patio offers another incredible gathering space with an outdoor fireplace surrounded by Adirondack chairs, providing seating for the group to enjoy evenings outside together.

Downstairs Level

The lower level has been designed around both mountain functionality and entertainment. A large mudroom provides space for your group’s mountain equipment, while the dedicated wax room gives skiers and snowboarders a convenient place to prepare their gear for another day at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. The lower level also includes a laundry area, 2.5 bathrooms, and access to the two-vehicle enclosed garage. For evenings at home or rest days, the dedicated pool table and entertainment room gives everyone another place to gather, play and relax.

Downstairs Bedrooms

Bedroom 6

A king bedroom that can be converted into two twin beds upon advance request, complete with its own private ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 7 – Bunk Room

Designed with groups and families in mind, this room features two twin over queen bunk beds, along with its own private bathroom.

Parking & Mountain Convenience

The property provides exceptional parking for a home of this size, with three enclosed garage spaces in total — two on the main-house side and one dedicated to the private suite — plus outdoor parking for three additional vehicles. With space for up to six vehicles, larger groups have plenty of room without having to coordinate limited parking.

From the multiple kitchens and living spaces to the hot tub, fireplaces, pool table, wax room and flexible bedroom configurations, Sub Peak Chalet has been thoughtfully designed to make large-group mountain stays comfortable, convenient and memorable. Whether everyone is gathering around the kitchen island, enjoying dinner together, relaxing by the fire, soaking in the hot tub or preparing for another day on the mountain, there is truly space for everyone under one roof.

Transit

Directions from Downtown Revelstoke

The property is located in Monashee Estates at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, approximately a 7–10 minute drive from downtown Revelstoke.

From downtown Revelstoke:

Head south through downtown toward 4th Street / Airport Way.
Continue south and follow signs toward Revelstoke Mountain Resort.
Turn onto Nichol Road and continue toward the resort.
Turn onto Camozzi Road / Mountain Road and continue uphill toward Revelstoke Mountain Resort.
Follow the road up the mountain and turn onto Monashee Court.
Continue along Monashee Court into the Monashee Estates neighbourhood.

Monashee Court is located directly on the mountain at Revelstoke Mountain Resort.

Winter Driving: The final approach is mountainous and can be steep, so please drive according to conditions. During winter, ensure your vehicle is properly equipped with winter tires, allow additional travel time during heavy snowfall, and use extra caution when travelling up to the property.

Notes

Private Suite Included: The self-contained suite is included with your reservation. It has its own kitchen, living room, fireplace, laundry, bathrooms, bedrooms, patio, entrance and garage, making it ideal for members of your group who would like additional privacy. Split King Beds: Several king beds can be converted into two twin beds upon request. Bed configuration requests must be made in advance of your arrival so our team can prepare the rooms accordingly.

House Rules

Hot Tub Rules

By renting the property, you agree to use the hot tub in a responsible manner.

– No glass, please use plastic cups provided.
– Misuse: there will be a $500 charge if the hot tub is required to be drained and refilled during your stay or upon on your departure due to misuse.
– If the cleanliness of the hot tub does meet your expectation, please alert the host as soon as possible.
– We will do our best to ensure the hot tub is turned around in a timely fashion but we cannot be held responsible if the hot tub is out of service during your holiday due to draining, cleaning and warming time.
– The hot tub is suitable for 8 guests. Please be cautious and avoid overflowing.
– Do not use the hot tub while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
– If the water level drops below the jets please do not use the hot tub and notify the host immediately. Failure to do so could result in damage to the tub and any repair costs will be charged to the renter.
– It is imperative that all the jets remain open when the tub is not in use to ensure that the sanitizer can works properly.
– Renters will be held responsible for any injury, accident or illness caused by use of the hot tub.
– The signing party to this agreement is financially responsible for any damage to the hot tub including repair, service and/or damaged or missing parts due to misuse.
– Please note there are full hot tub rules posted in the condo.

NO SMOKING

– No smoking of any kind (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc.) anywhere on the property (inside the house or outside on the patio or decks).
– Any evidence in violation of this policy will be subject to a $500 fine and/or grounds for losing your security deposit.
– This policy is strictly enforced.

CHECK OUT

– Ensure dishes are washed and the home is left in good condition.
– Guests must vacate the unit by 11am PDT on the day of check out.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% of the full booking will be refunded for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. A 4% processing fee will be taken from the amount that is refunded.
