Neighborhood

The Ravens Roost is nestled between downtown (5 minutes) and the world famous Revelstoke Mountain Resort (10 minutes) and situated near biking trails, hiking Trails, a new frisbee golf course, south side grocery store and beautiful downtown Revelstoke! Downtown features a mix of restaurants, cafés, bakeries, breweries, shops, and grocery stores, plus parks and walking paths along the Columbia River. Visitors enjoy a walkable core, stunning mountain views, and a central location for both adventure and relaxation.

Space

The Roost is a newly built open concept 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo in the core of Revelstoke. For skiing, sledding and everything summer, the Roost has you covered. The lounge area is a highlight. This bright and cozy lounge holds a 4 person cedar hot tub, pool table, 64″ TV, mini fridge with buffet, beautiful rustic nook, Large 12′ window with seating and views of Revelstoke Mountain Resort. Modern and well equipped the large social kitchen with quartz island lends plenty of seating for 6 including a gas stove and spacious fridge with ice machine. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Living Room: Large pullout sleeper sofa Lounge Room: Queen Size Murphy bed The Raven’s Roost is the ultimate base camp for you next mountain adventure!

Transit

From Highway 1 East (Golden / Rogers Pass direction): Take the “Townley St” exit to Revelstoke Turn left onto Oscar St Turn left onto Powerhouse Road. A sign will read “Revelstoke Business Complex” turn left here and follow the numbers on the unit doors to locate the property. From Highway 1 West (Salmon Arm / Kamloops direction): Turn right onto Victoria Road and continue over the roundabout, through town, until you reach a second roundabout. Take the third exit onto Townley St. Take a right onto Oscar St. Turn left onto Powerhouse Road. A sign will read “Revelstoke Business Complex” turn left here and follow the numbers on the unit doors to locate the property.

Notes

There is one parking spot provided in front of the entry door- please DO NOT block access to the garage bay. Extra parking for trailers and additional vehicles is available in Visitor Parking. House Rules

HOT TUB: – By renting the property, you agree to use the hot tub in a responsible manner. – No glass, please use plastic cups provided. – Shower before using the hot tub – Misuse: there will be a $500 charge if the hot tub is required to be drained and refilled during your stay or upon on your departure due to misuse. – If the cleanliness of the hot tub does meet your expectation, please alert the host as soon as possible. – We will do our best to ensure the hot tub is turned around in a timely fashion but we cannot be held responsible if the hot tub is out of service during your holiday due to draining, cleaning and warming time. – Maximum of 4 people in the hot tub at one time. Please be cautious and avoid overflowing. – Do not use the hot tub while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. – If the water level drops below the jets please do not use the hot tub and notify the host immediately. Failure to do so could result in damage to the tub and any repair costs will be charged to the renter. – It is imperative that all the jets remain open when the tub is not in use to ensure that the sanitizer can works properly. – Renters will be held responsible for any injury, accident or illness caused by use of the hot tub. – The signing party to this agreement is financially responsible for any damage to the hot tub including repair, service and/or damaged or missing parts due to misuse. – Please note there are full hot tub rules posted in the condo.

NO SMOKING – or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property. Evidence of violation will be subject to $500 penalty and/or loss of security deposit.

HOUSE RULES: -No Parties -No sitting on the island countertop -SLEDDERS! We love sledding! No loading or unloading sleds in the driveway. The carbides will damage it. Please also don’t start or idle your sleds in the driveway…..our neighbours will thank you! -Do not park in front of neighbouring units and do not block garage bay parking. – SKIERS, BOARDERS & BIKERS! We love sliding too! No skis, boards or bikes upstairs, please use the storage provided in the entryway. For bikes, please let us know in advance and we can provide access to a separate storage area for your bikes.

BUILDING WIDE QUIET TIME – 11:00pm to 7:00am. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. The family and neighbours feel very strongly about maintaining quiet during these hours.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% of the full booking will be refunded for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. A 4% processing fee will be taken from the amount that is refunded.
