Neighborhood

This conveniently located ‘home away from home’ puts you right in the center of everything. Just 3km to Revelstoke Mountain Resort and 4km to downtown Revelstoke, this spacious ground-floor unit is designed to offer maximum comfort, relaxation, and privacy. There is a year-round shuttle service that picks you up directly in front of the building and takes you to the Resort. Mackenzie Plaza is on BC Transit route 5. Visit their website for the current schedule and fare information. The neighbourhood is also very cyclist and pedestrian friendly with sidewalks and paved multi-use pathways leading to Downtown Revelstoke.

Access

Hardy Summit provides access to the property via the front door with a door code. Hive & Co Property Management will provide the door code before check-in.

Space

Living: The spacious living area at Hardy Summit is perfect for gathering with friends and family. Stretch out on the comfy sectional, stream your favorites on the large Roku TV, or enjoy a quiet evening with a good book. Big windows fill the room with natural light, while cozy throws and pillows make it easy to relax and unwind. High-speed internet ensures you can stay connected if needed.

Kitchen & Dining: The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, from stainless appliances to plenty of prep space. Share meals around the dining table, gather at the breakfast bar, or opt for takeout from one of the nearby cafés and restaurants.

Patio: Step outside to the large ground-level patio with a private hot tub, BBQ, and mountain views. It’s the ideal spot for a sunny brunch, après-ski soak, or stargazing with a glass of wine.

Bedrooms: Hardy Summit comfortably sleeps 4 guests across 2 bedrooms. Two rooms feature plush king beds with crisp linens. which upon request, can be converted into x4 twin beds. Perfect for families and groups.

Bathrooms: The home offers two clean, bright bathrooms stocked with everything you need for a refreshing start or a soothing end to the day.

Storage & Parking: A private garage* (suitable for 1 SMALL vehicle) and gear storage area make it easy to keep your skis, bikes, and adventure gear safe and organized.

*Please note that this garage is not full size and therefor no SUV’s or trucks are permitted to park in it. Guests are liable for any damage caused.

Transit

HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS
– from the highway, turn onto Townley Street
– at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East)
– turn left on left on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
– just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, take your next left there (Nels Nelson Crescent)
– you will be in the far southwest building, unit 2100

– from the highway, turn onto Victoria Road
– at the traffic circle, take your 2nd exit (Victoria Road)
– at the next traffic circle, take your second exit (4th Street East)
– turn left on left on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
– just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, take your next left there (Nels Nelson Crescent)
– you will be in the far southwest building, unit 2100

Pets need to be approved by host prior to booking.

Vehicles parked overnight in the Mackenzie Village parking lot (in front of shops and businesses) are subject to towing. Parking in this lot is available during business hours only.

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% of the full booking will be refunded for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. A 4% processing fee will be taken from the amount that is refunded.
